It brings together training, tools, forums and practical support all designed to make data feel less overwhelming and more useful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who is CRAFT for?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anyone in a charity who touches data: database managers, fundraisers, analysts, CRM admins, digital teams, operations staff, and those who\u2019ve \u201cfallen into\u201d data by accident. Beginners and seasoned pros are equally welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why does CRAFT exist?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because most charity data teams are tiny, often just one person trying to juggle everything. CRAFT creates a place to learn together, ask questions, and save time by sharing knowledge across the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Membership &amp; Access<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Do I need an account to use CRAFT?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ll need a free account to join the Crew Forums and access some basic content. Premium courses, tools and resources require a paid membership level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What\u2019s included in Free vs Foundation vs Premium membership?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Free:<\/strong> Access to the Crew Forums, selected resources, community updates and basic training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foundation:<\/strong> Includes the Free access as well as one to one support from our team at Actually Data and \/ or Actually Data Analytics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Premium:<\/strong> Full Academy access, advanced tools, downloadable templates, deeper support and early access to new features.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Can I move between membership levels?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes \u2014 you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time through your account dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Compliance, Privacy &amp; Security<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Is my data safe?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes. We take data protection seriously and use secure hosting, encrypted connections (HTTPS\/TLS) and strict access controls. We also only collect what we need to run the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Do you store files uploaded to tools like the Data Quality Checker?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No. Uploaded data is <strong>processed temporarily<\/strong> and then deleted immediately after the tool generates your results. Nothing is retained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Are you GDPR compliant?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes. We follow UK GDPR and only process personal data for clear, lawful reasons: running your account, providing services, improving the platform, and keeping the community safe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Do you share my data with anyone?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your data is never sold. We only share information with trusted service providers who help run the site (hosting, membership systems, analytics), all under strict agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who can see my profile?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your basic profile is visible only inside the CRAFT community. You control what information you publish and can edit or delete it at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How can I request a copy of my data or ask for deletion?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Just contact us at <em>anthony@actuallydataanalytics.com<\/em>. We aim to respond within 30 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Forums &amp; Community<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What are the Crew Forums?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A warm, supportive space for charity data folk to ask questions, swap ideas and share learning. Think of it as the campfire at the centre of CRAFT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How do I join the conversation?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Create a free account, introduce yourself in the \u201cStart Here\u201d section, and jump into any topic \u2014 no question is too small or silly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Are the forums moderated?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes. We keep the space friendly and safe. Posts that include spam, personal attacks or sensitive supporter data will be removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Can I promote services or products?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Light sharing is fine when genuinely helpful, but direct sales posts aren\u2019t permitted. We want the space to feel collaborative, not commercial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Academy &amp; Courses<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What courses are available?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our first course \u2014 <em>How to Be a Great Database Manager<\/em> \u2014 is now live. More will be added, covering data quality, segmentation, CRM essentials, governance, reporting and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Do I get a certificate?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, for Premium courses. A downloadable certificate is generated once you complete all lessons and quizzes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Can I track my progress?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes \u2014 the Academy remembers where you left off so you can learn in short bursts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tools &amp; The Forge<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What tools are available?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CRAFT includes micro-apps built by Actually Data Analytics.
