Be Kind, Curious and Respectful<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CRAFT is here for learning, support and honest conversation.<br>We ask everyone to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Treat others with respect<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assume positive intent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Challenge ideas, not people<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Welcome beginners and different levels of experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep the community warm, inclusive and encouraging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will remove posts that are aggressive, personal, or designed to shame or undermine others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Protect Confidential and Personal Data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because many of us work with sensitive supporter information, we take data protection seriously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do not share:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supporter, donor or service-user data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internal organisational data that could identify individuals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Live CRM screenshots containing personal information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confidential documents from your charity or employer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passwords, API keys or login details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you need to describe a real scenario, anonymise it fully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. No Unlawful or Harmful Activity<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please do not use CRAFT to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Break any laws or regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload malicious files or code<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disrupt or interfere with the platform or others<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harass, intimidate or discriminate against anyone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anything that puts the safety of the community or the platform at risk will be removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Keep Promotions Light and Relevant<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CRAFT isn\u2019t a sales space.<br>You\u2019re welcome to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recommend tools or services you use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share examples that genuinely help others<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mention your own work <em>when relevant to a conversation<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But please avoid:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Direct selling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cold outreach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spam<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repetitive promotional posting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019ll gently step in if something feels more like advertising than support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Use the Tools Responsibly<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For tools provided through the CRAFT Forge \/ Actually Data Analytics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upload only data you have permission to use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Never upload personal data without consent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow your organisation\u2019s internal data policies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand that files are processed temporarily and not stored<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use tool outputs appropriately within your role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019re unsure, ask \u2014 we\u2019re happy to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Fair Use &amp; Professional Conduct<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CRAFT is designed to support individuals and charity teams in developing their skills, improving data quality and learning new approaches.<br>We welcome consultants and freelancers who want to contribute positively \u2014 many are valuable partners in the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To keep access fair for everyone, we ask that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tools are used responsibly and proportionately.<\/strong><br>High-volume processing on behalf of multiple clients that significantly exceeds normal individual use may be restricted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consultants do not present CRAFT tools or outputs as proprietary work or products.<\/strong><br>Using CRAFT as part of your workflow is fine; passing tool-generated results off as your own systems or software is not permitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Premium memberships are personal.<\/strong><br>One subscription covers one user. It must not be used as a shared processing centre for multiple organisations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Work undertaken for clients should be transparent.<\/strong><br>If you use CRAFT tools in paid client work, you must ensure you have permission to upload that data and that the client understands how we process files.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts where usage patterns indicate unfair exploitation of the platform or behaviour that undermines the spirit and intent of the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Keep Your Account Secure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To help protect your content and the wider community:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use a strong, unique password<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Don\u2019t share your login with colleagues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log out on shared or public devices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let us know if you suspect unauthorised access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your account is personal to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Respect Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When sharing resources, screenshots or training materials:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make sure you have the right to share them<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit the original source where appropriate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not upload copyrighted or licensed content without permission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anything that violates copyright law will be removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Follow Community Moderation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our moderation approach is light, fair and human. We may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Edit or remove posts that break these guidelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ask you to rephrase something<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reach out privately if there\u2019s an issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limit posting or suspend accounts in serious or repeated cases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our goal is always to keep the space healthy, not to punish people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10.
