Discovery (Free)
Join the CRAFT Crew. Our free membership tier is for data-curious charity professionals who want to stay connected and inspired. Discovery members get access to the community forum, sector news, and starter resources, plus invitations to open sessions and events, both online and in real life! It’s your first step into the CRAFT movement – a space to learn, share, and grow alongside peers who speak your language.
Foundation (Paid – £150 / year)
Foundation membership gives you the essential tools and training to turn knowledge into action. You’ll unlock the full Resource Library, on-demand learning through the CRAFT Academy, and member-only webinars that help you build confidence with data in your day-to-day work. Perfect for individuals ready to elevate their skills and make informed, evidence-based decisions.
Premium (Paid – £250 / year)
Premium members get everything in Foundation plus deeper learning, mentoring, and early access to new tools from the CRAFT Forge. It’s designed for professionals leading data or fundraising functions who want to stay ahead of the curve, influence strategy, and connect with peers tackling the same challenges at an advanced level.
Organisation (Paid – £1,000 / year, up to 6 seats)
Organisation membership brings the power of CRAFT to your whole team. You’ll receive multiple member seats, an organisational dashboard, and tailored support for implementing tools, frameworks, and training across your charity. Ideal for charities investing in data capability and culture — helping every department work from the same playbook.

Yes — you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from your Account page. When you upgrade, the system automatically prorates your payment so you only pay the difference for the rest of the term.
Organisation membership includes multiple seats (up to six) and a shared dashboard. It’s ideal for teams who want to roll out data training and tools across their charity. The primary “Org Admin” can add and manage team members easily.
Every member starts free as part of the Crew. From time to time we offer early-bird discounts or pilot pricing for new tools — these are announced first in our newsletter and community spaces.
Yes — we use secure payment processing via Stripe and follow GDPR best practice. We only collect the information needed to manage your membership and never share data with third parties without consent.
No — all CRAFT resources and micro-apps run in your browser. You don’t need to install anything, and your uploaded data isn’t stored on our servers once you’ve generated your report or output.
